The service
- CIBINNO provides an AI operations platform (SaaS) plus implementation services, on top of your existing systems.
- The service level (modules, AI agents, users) is defined by the chosen plan and the firm offer.
Account, access & payment
- Access is role-based (RBAC); the client is responsible for keeping credentials secure.
- The SaaS subscription is monthly, with no lock-in; your data stays exportable at any time, in standard formats.
- Implementation is a one-time investment, per the offer.
Data & availability
- Data processing follows the Privacy notice and GDPR; EU hosting, daily backup and disaster recovery.
- We make reasonable efforts for continuous availability; planned maintenance is announced in advance.
Ownership, liability & termination
- The platform, code and materials remain CIBINNO property; your data stays yours.
- Liability is limited to the value of services in the relevant period, within the limits of the law.
- Either party may terminate with notice; on termination, data can be exported and then deleted. Governing law: Romanian. Contact: contact@cibinno.ro.
