- The content of support requests and submitted forms.
- Minimal technical usage data (access journal: IP, route, status) — for security.

- Contract performance / pre-contract measures (Art. 6(1)(b)) — support and delivery.

Retention, processing & security
- Data is kept until the purpose is met or objection. We build no profiles and make no automated decisions with legal effects.
- Processing within the European Economic Area (Microsoft Azure / 365). Banking data is NOT sent to external AI models.
- Encryption in transit and at rest, audit journal and GDPR-aligned technical measures.
